If you hear beeping this weekend, it could just be from everyone testing their smoke alarms! Remember to test them out and change the batteries if needed. The batteries should be changed at least once a year to ensure the detectors will work properly. If you didn't do it this past fall, do it now! Smoke detectors are generally good for 7-10 years and carbon monoxide detectors for 5-7 years. If your detectors have reached the end of life, change them now!

Penn Hills VFD #221 would like to thank our neighbors for the warm welcome as Santa road through spreading Christmss cheer. We loved seeing your children smiling faces as Santa handed out their gifts.

Santa is coming on Saturday, December 20th. His sleigh is full of goodies and he will be in your neighborhood between 12:00 - 2:00. Weather permitting, we will hit all streets covered by Lincoln Park VFD #1.

Listen for the Christmas music or the sound of the fire engine as the firefighters es**rt Santa through the neighborhood.

Santa is bringing extra goodies this year! Make sure all the kids on the nice list has on their shoes and coats so they can come outside.
