SLAY, Sisters Leading and Advocating for Youth

SLAY, Sisters Leading and Advocating for Youth SLAY gives young women of Pine Bluff the opportunity to “slay” or, lead effectively, in their community, school, and education.

Women of color, historically, have been underrepresented in leadership within our society, specifically in the Delta. SLAY (Sisters Leading and Advocating for Youth) gives young women of Pine Bluff the opportunity to “slay” or, lead effectively, in their community, school, and education. This group will be open to students who self-identify as being a woman of color or want to become an ally to wo

men of color. This organization will foster relationships and networks with women in the community who currently lead or advocate in government, business, science, art, and social justice.
