It's time to show some love for our Manna volunteers, including our 2026 Manna Champion!

We love all of our hundreds of volunteers at Manna, AND we also are proud to every year honor one person with the Manna Champion Award. Each year, Manna’s Board of Directors honors a person who went above and beyond in support of our vision “that everyone might be fed.”

This year’s Manna Champion award was given on Thursday night to Jen Ross.

Jen regularly serves in volunteer roles across the entire organization, and is always quick with a smile and bursting with energy. She knows clients' names and makes them feel welcome. She has stepped into volunteer jams over and over again – she'll see a gap in our schedule and will stay for a second shift after her scheduled time, to make sure we are all covered. She is the living embodiment of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts, and Manna is better for her involvement. She does it all with care, compassion and a smile. Jen is a gem!

Let’s give it up for Jen and all of the volunteers who are the heart and soul of Manna!

This week Manna's Common Grounds Training Program graduated its 50th cohort! Teresa and Tyler impressed us with their dedication and drive, and we cannot wait to see where their future leads!

Manna is committed to supporting voting access for all eligible voters. On Monday, October 12th through Thursday, October 15th, and on Monday, October 19th (the deadline to register!), we will have a nonpartisan information table next to Manna’s Reception Desk where you can check and update your voter registration, as well as access information about your ballot. The table will be staffed for the first hour of To-go Meals and the first hour of Manna’s Market. Learn your rights as a voter!

WHAT: Villari's Of Montgomeryville PA hosts their annual Kick-A-Thon and community event to benefit Manna on Main Street and Mitzvah Circle. This event is open to the public.

Manna on Main Street is currently in need of donated shelf-stable bagged meals. This is an opportunity for volunteer groups to contribute to Manna's mission remotely!

Whenever our programs are closed, we give out these meals ahead of time to our meal guests to ensure they continue to have food accessible until we reopen. See the photo for an example of what can go in these bagged meals.

We have several closures coming up in late September/early October, so we need to rebuild our supply of bagged meals, and we need your help!
