I will give you $100 if you can find me in 13 minutes. I will randomly post a picture on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook. To win you must identify the location, get to that spot and ask me "Are you FindMePhilly" within 13 minutes of the picture being posted. Show me that you're following and you win $100 cash.
