“Nurses are the heart of health care” ♥️ Happy nurses week to all the health care heroes that are trying to make a difference everyday! 🦸‍♀️ It is such an incredible honor and privilege to work as a nurse, and I am so very grateful to work among such an amazing crew of people who I look up to and admire on a regular basis! Thank you 🙏 to all the nurses out there who have taught me, inspired me, and put up with me when I’m struggling at work. I truly appreciate you all more than you can know! 🌟

The Matt McCloskey Memorial Narberth run is complete, and it was another great outcome for our team helping to support such an amazing cause for the Take A Breather Foundation! 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ We are incredibly honored and proud to announce that we came in as the second highest fundraising group! 🎖️ We wanted to take this opportunity to shout out everyone who donated and participated in this year’s run! It’s impossible to put into words how thankful 🙏 and grateful we are for your support! 👊 We truly appreciate you! Take a look at some shots from the run, where we were fortunate enough to avoid the rain just long enough to get our sweat on 😓 and accept our prize! 🏆

We had another very successful year for the Matt McCloskey Memorial Run! More to be posted about that soon. But in the meantime we still need to address another critical issue that impacts the heart of everyone…the environment. 🌍 Check out this quick interview I gave during the earth day creek clean up at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge At Tinicum. I have a lot of questions around why we are letting such destruction take place, but for now I’ll just ask, Do I really sound like that?

Our team members don’t just volunteer our services to CF events only. The environment is something that impacts us all, especially those with already pre-existing conditions. Despite the extreme lack of support from our current government, it is imperative we all do anything we can to help save the planet. 🌎 this earth day we would like to shout out all of the volunteers who work tirelessly to help make our home a little cleaner. Take a look at all of these amazing people volunteering their time to help clean up the creek at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge At Tinicum. If you see a crazy person in a Marvin the Martian bandanna, that would be me helping this incredible organization for the 4th year in a row. Thank you to everyone who does their part to pick up after the people who don’t know how to pick up for themselves. 🙏 🌱 🌳

Tonight I’ll be drinking 🍵 to one hell of patient, but more so, one hell of a friend and all around incredible fighter! 💪 Your journey is an inspiration and invaluable lesson in how to live life and roll with whatever punches are thrown at you. 🥊 Heroes get remembered, but legends never die! Your accomplishments and your enduring spirit through it all makes you a true legend! I’m so proud to have met you and have been a part of your amazing journey. May you now get some much deserved rest 💜
