Today, the PA Commonwealth Court granted the Senate/House request to prevent Lame Duck Governor Tom Wolf’s unconstitutional ELECTRICITY TAX from taking effect this Saturday. NOT SO FAST, GOV. WOLF! Your vicious attack on blue collar workers and low/fixed income families will just have to wait. Perhaps this will provide more time for some more House/Senate Democrats to demand their leaders and the Gov. negotiate an alternative.

Empower workers to organize and bargain.
Hold corporations accountable for union-busting.
Repeal “right to work” laws, which were created during the Jim Crow era to promote and enforce segregation by preventing workers from unionizing together."
