Formed in September 2009, Move to Amend is a coalition of hundreds of organizations and hundreds of thousands of individuals committed to social and economic justice, ending corporate rule, and building a vibrant, real democracy that is genuinely accountable to We the People, not corporate interests. Constitution to unequivocally state that:

Inalienable Constitutional rights belong only to human

beings, and

Money is not a form of protected free speech under the First Amendment, and can be regulated in political campaigns. Many of us have long been active in a multitude of struggles to counter the negative impacts that global corporations, in their unwavering search for greater profits at any cost, have been imposing on our politics, elections, education, environment, health, immigration, and many other areas.
