A new picnic grove has been added to the historic County Line Schoolhouse at 10 Folly Road thanks to the hard work of Keegan F., a high school junior in Scout Troop 542 working toward his Eagle Scout rank!

Keegan’s Eagle Scout project included cleaning up the area, creating a large mulch bed, planting shrubs, and sanding and painting seven picnic tables for visitors to enjoy. The new space will give visitors a place to eat lunch, gather, and learn more about the history of the schoolhouse.

Keegan also raised funds for the project materials and generously donated the remaining proceeds to the Warrington Historical Society.

A big thank you to Keegan for his hard work and beautiful results, and to our Public Works team for delivering the mulch and picnic tables! 🌳👏

Last Sunday, Warrington Township was proud to host the BAPS Charities Walk | Run at Lions Pride Park!

This amazing event brings the community together in the spirit of service, and we are always grateful to be part of it. We would also like to thank BAPS Charities for their generous donation to our Shop with a Cop event held during the holiday season.

Warrington is so thankful for a community that continues to show up, give back, and pour into one another. ❤️

Warrington Township has posted a public notice regarding an upcoming public hearing before the Board of Supervisors:

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed amendment to Chapter 1, Part 7, Article B of the Township Code relating to the Township's Nonuniformed Employee Pension Plan and Nonuniformed Defined Contribution Pension Plan, specifically regarding normal retirement and retirement benefit provisions.

The public is welcome to attend the hearing and offer comments.

We are seeking vendors for Lions Fest, our artisan market as part of the Summer Send Off series!

The BAPS Charities Walk is this Sunday, May 31 at 10:00 AM at Lions Pride Park, located at 3129 Bradley Road, Warrington, PA 18976 👟

Guided by the motto “The Spirit of Service,” the BAPS Charities Walk|Run brings communities together to support meaningful causes locally and beyond. For more than 20 years, this annual event has raised vital funds for health awareness, educational services, humanitarian relief, environmental protection, and community empowerment.

The event also supports 90+ local beneficiaries, including first responders, educational institutions, food banks, healthcare organizations, and more.

This walk is more than a fundraiser. It is an opportunity to come together, support the greater good, embrace a healthier lifestyle, and find joy in serving others.
