Please join us in congratulating Officer Raubert Hicks on his new assignment as 14th District Community Relations Officer.
Motivated by a desire to help others, Hicks became a police officer in 2008. He served for six months as a foot beat officer in the 35th District before being transferred to the 14th District in 2009.
In his new role, Hicks’s primary goal is to build better community-police relationships.
