BLC is a nonprofit learning center serving teens who are receiving a high school education under Pennsylvania's homeschooling authority in Bucks County.

Students work at their own pace through a personalized mix of small-group classes, tutoring, and independent projects. It’s all about interest, ability, and student choice—no required courses, no grades, just real learning.

Classes are selected based on interest and ability rather than age and are taught by staff, community volunteers, and professionals. Offerings range from short-term workshops to full-year classes, allowing for maximum flexibility and depth.
