We are proud to endorse Shannon Jackson for PA House of Representatives! Shannon’s history with both major parties illustrates the Forward Party perspective that some of our most principled public servants don’t fit neatly into a partisan box.

Jackson is running against a long-time Republican incumbent in a rural district that voted R+35 in 2024. In such a district, typical Democrats face an uphill battle. However, as a former Republican – now a Forward Democrat – Jackson has the potential to appeal to voters outside the narrow Democrat electorate, like conservative independents and moderate Republicans. In Jackson’s view, government should be open, practical, and focused on helping people to thrive, regardless of party. He is a candidate for all voters.
