Voting portion of the 1/10/22 board meeting. ALL items were unanimously approved except for the Health and Safety plan, which Roche and Waldhausen voted no on. Shay and Eby each abstained for one vote, as they disclosed they are related to the people being voted on. Of note: new contract approved with support staff. This contract will go through 2027. Grumbine made the motion or seconded the motion for every item on the agenda.
