The Greek poet Archilochus once said many years ago "We don't rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training."
One of the core ethos we are hoping to engrain in the Parma Regional Dispatch Center is to train our professionals to exceed the needs of the communities we serve. To meet that goal we are proud to have the opportunity to provide training for our current Shift Leaders who recently attended a National Emergency Number Associations leadership training course, graciously held by the Summit County Emergency Communications Division.
We are proud to serve the communities of Parma and Parma Heights and strive to be the best each and every day.

Our friends, and valued partners in public safety, RapidSOS, are advocating for all 911 centers across this great land by taking our concerns to the representative in Washington DC.
They know first hand the importance of the 911 system to the safety of our community and we at the PRDC are grateful for their advocation on behalf of 911 centers and Telecommunicators across America.

The Safety Network doesn’t stop at the console.

It reaches all the way to Capitol Hill.

As 9-1-1 professionals advocate for telecommunicator recognition and modernization, this year’s 9-1-1 Goes to Washington represents a pivotal moment for our industry.

Policy shapes infrastructure. Recognition shapes retention. Advocacy shapes the future.

Here’s why we’re showing up and listening. Link in the comments 👇
