Declaring an Article V Convention of the States

The Founders never intended for the federal government to tax the People of the United States directly. They knew it would end in disaster and tyranny. They even included the 10th Amendment in the Bill of Rights to try and prevent the federal government from granting itself more power. Unfortunately, evil prevailed with the passing of the 16th Amendment and the Federal Reserve Act. The money changers and power brokers at the time successfully fooled the people and legalized federal government theft and eventually counterfeiting. Endless money equals endless wars, so it is not surprising that two world wars and many other wars later, we the people are now living under a tyrannical and criminal federal government by, for, and of the criminals, and they are committing atrocities and crimes against humanity in our name and with our money. They are painting our hands with blood. It is sad to see our great Country reduced in such a way.

At this point, it is unlikely these traitors and criminals in government will willingly pass laws to reduce their own power. I, therefore, present a possible solution to this nightmare we are sleepwalking deeper into with each passing day.

The states must protect the People by declaring an Article V Convention of the States. At the very least, they should repeal the 16th amendment and strengthen the 10th. We need to starve the beast before it consumes us and posterity.

A plan to avoid an imminent collapse of our core infrastructure in Arkansas caused by a diesel shortage.

Bring all refineries back to 100% operational capacity. Restore all nonfunctioning refineries back to working order starting with the ones that can be restored soonest. Bring all oil wells in Arkansas to full operational capacity and restore the ones that can be brought back online. Contact oil well owners in other states and secure deals to bring in more crude oil to supplement any demand our own wells might not be able to meet. Build new refineries and drill more oil wells. Produce enough diesel to supply our state’s industrial needs. Once the needs of Arkansans are met, export excess diesel and other oil products to other states.

The only reason industrious people wouldn’t step in to fill such needs during a shortage is because of bureaucratic restrictions, federal taxes, and other forms of governmental tyranny. Arkansas should remove all impediments to the prosperity of Arkansans. The state should defend the people it represents from all outside government policies and international treaties that are not in the best interests of Arkansans.

It should be noted that counties like China are not reducing their oil production. This is a government that is at direct odds with the principles of individual freedom, unalienable rights, and lawful government by, for, and of the People. We the People can not allow such an Orwellian government to energy dominate us. Doing so is a betrayal of posterity and foolish beyond measure.

Country and State over Political Party

Some argue that the two-party system is the best political arrangement. I hold my own opinions regarding this stance, but I have an idea that could make the current two-party system less prone to corruption and more representative. The core problem that exists in the current major parties is their centralized top-down nature. Because of this, state affiliates are held captive while the unchecked national parties run roughshod over them. The national parties should represent the collective will of state party affiliates. The national party structures should be regarded as less important than the state parties; they are further away from the true masters of our country, the People. I think a solution to this is to prevent political parties from formally organizing at the national level. The national part of a political party should be a natural consequence of individual state parties voluntarily cooperating. It should not exist as a separate entity of its own. This kind of structure should help resist top-down authoritarian pressure that betrays the will of the people. This should empower the state party affiliates and allow them to act as better checks and balances. If the choice is between listening to and acting on the will of the People or listening to and acting on behalf of corrupt national party plutocrats, then the choice is clear; the People rule, always.

Before immigrants move into a representative jurisdiction, the people of that jurisdiction should agree upon it. Until that point, the government is duty-bound to keep out foreign invaders.

If an outside force tries to bring in foreigners without the permission of or against the will of the people of a jurisdiction, it is a gross violation of law and decency. It dilutes the power of the people of that jurisdiction and is akin to genocide.

When you only have two major political parties, it is easy for upper-party leadership to form corrupt alliances that betray the people. With a third major party involved, it’s more difficult because if one party doesn’t conspire, it’ll sabotage the corrupt ones. This gives the people a much more reliable view into government and mellows the tyrannical tendencies and cycles of government. Ideally, I think we should have a diverse number of regional parties. We should be cautious of massive, centralized political power systems. How could a couple parties even possibly represent, in a reliable way, all the diverse people of our great country?

Party leadership is sure to become corrupt from time to time. Having many major parties involved is a safeguard against all the parties becoming corrupt at the same time. We cannot let ourselves be ruled and fooled by corrupt power brokers.

There are quite profound moral implications involved when the people lose control over their government. The government, for example, will use the power it harvests from the people to commit atrocities around the world in the name of the people.

The federal government is announcing a climate emergency. They are going to use this as a pretense to try and seize control of state power grids, agriculture, fuel production, etc. We are about to see if the states and local governments truly represent the will and best interests of the people as they are sworn to do.

Unalienable rights are unconditional, and declaring an emergency makes no difference with respect to those rights. The government can never lawfully tread upon our rights and sovereignty. Emergency powers are tyrannical and the states and local governments must stand up against them and protect the people immediately.

Manmade CO2-based climate change is a fraud. The more CO2 that is in the atmosphere the faster and stronger plants grow, producing more O2 for us to breathe, and it pales in comparison to the main cause of climate change.

What is the main cause of climate change?

The sun obviously. It has many cycles within cycles including a 12k year cycle that appears to result in a solar micro-nova when the sun crosses the Milky Way galactic current sheet. If this happens in our lifetime, some of us will survive as we have during the past cycles, but that is what we should be studying and preparing for.

We as a people have wasted so much time, blood, and money on unnecessary wars and the fraudulent elite narrative of manmade climate change. These are just ploys to try and get us to surrender our sovereignty and control us while enriching the criminal global mafia (Involved International Bankers, Elites, etc). Never surrender your Sacred Honor; live free for your sake and for the sake of posterity.

If they are allowed to continue to interfere with global food production, millions will die of hunger, and millions more will flood into the first worlds turning them into third worlds.

The People around the world must take back their sovereignty (where they are at) and (re)institute lawful government by, for, and of the People before it gets much worse.

An unalienable right is a right that is inherent to one’s existence. These rights are not granted by man or government. These rights are therefore out of the jurisdiction of government.
