Today, we pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering determination of the Allied forces who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944.

Their bravery helped secure the freedoms we enjoy today and serves as a lasting reminder that freedom is never free.

The Professional Firefighters of Palatka Local 2992 proudly honor the heroes of D-Day and all who have served our nation.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting the freedoms we enjoy will never be forgotten. As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, let us all take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and remember those who gave everything in service to our nation.

From the Professional Firefighters of Palatka, we thank all who have served and proudly honor the fallen heroes who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
