5 polling locations are set up at: Northeast Power (Beat 1), Lafayette County Extension Office (Beat 2), Abbeville Banks (Beat 3), Farm Service Agency (Beat 4), and Four Seasons Equipment (Beat 5). All residents can vote for each running position no matter what beat they are in.

Representing Mississippi on the floor of the Republican Midterm Convention in Dallas, supporting our President and working to defeat radical liberal Democrat Socialists in the midterms! The way we do that is to vote Republican November 3rd!

It was my privilege to host a Prayer Breakfast and gathering of our Mississippi delegation in Dallas today as we prayed for America 🇺🇸, President Trump, our party and representatives in Congress, our Senators and the upcoming crucial midterm elections. Let’s continue to pray and put feet to our prayers as we get out and vote November 3rd! Pray and tell everyone you know!

Evil. That’s what this 9/11 photograph portrays. That’s exactly what it is. Evil.

We remember.

On this 25th anniversary of 9/11, we remember where we were. We remember the shock and devastation as we watched it all unfold. We remember seeing the video of that second hijacked plane, once a passenger jet but converted by radical Islamic Evil into a weapon. We remember seeing that plane filled with innocent American passengers crash intentionally into a skyscraper filled with thousands of innocent Americans.

We remember calling our family members and weeping with a powerfully deep sense of national collective grief. We remember coming together as a Nation.

We remember the selfless first responders who rushed to the scene. They ran to the danger. They ran to help and rescue others. We remember the police and fire personnel and how they were willing to lay down their lives for their friends. They ran to rescue people they’d never met. We remember.

We remember watching as another hijacked plane somehow crashed in a field instead. We remember learning later of the heroism of average Americans who said, “Let’s roll,” and chose to die to save others.

We remember watching the towers burn. We remember seeing them crash, one by one, to the ground. We remember the billows of toxic smoke and dust. We remember the screams of helpless people as they tried to jump to safety, only to meet their deaths.

We remember the 2,977 souls who perished that day.

Today, 25 years later, we remember. And we remember that 9/11 happened because of Evil. Evil that took root in the form of religion. Evil from Satan himself.

Today as we remember this horrific day, we also remember the timeless truth of Romans 12:21:

“Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

We remember. We will never let Evil prevail. We will never let it take root on our American soil. And we will overcome Evil with Good and the grace of Almighty God.

Healthy cattle!

Despite the brutally dry conditions in Barry County, the good cattle are still rising to the top and doing what they need to do.

The drought is a serious issue and government manipulating the markets is an even bigger one. Two things that I try to remind myself of is that drought just exposes the bad genetics that aren’t working for me, and quality cattle will always sell for a premium. Focusing on quality and moving forward is all we can do.
