Message from the organizers of June Days, please read.
🚨⚠️‼️ IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION ‼️⚠️🚨
This post is long but very important.
Please be sure to follow this Orfordville Community June Days page for the most up-to-date event information, announcements, and weather-related updates throughout the weekend!
🎇Fireworks
Due to the ever changing weather we have made the decision to move our fireworks show from Saturday to Friday night. We understand that a lot can still change between now and then, but there are many pieces that go into these plans, so please understand we did this so everyone can enjoy a safe and spectacular show, and this change helps make that happen!
Orfordville June Days Fireworks will now take place:
📅Friday June 12, approximately 9:30pm
🌽 Co****le Bags Tournament
Unfortunately the space we have designated in the park will likely not be usable after the rain today. The tournament has been canceled. For those of you that pre-paid online, please stop at the ticket tent for a refund. We sincerely apologize that we could not find an alternative space.
📍Event Entry & Parking
There are several parking areas available nearby, but there will be ONE designated entrance/exit to the fenced event grounds this year.
💵 Payments
• June Days merchandise and beverage tickets: Cash preferred; cards accepted with a small processing fee.
• Andy's Grill (June Days Booth – Brats, Chops & Pulled Chicken): Cash only.
• Lions Club Grilled Corn Booth: Cash only.
🎈 KidsZone
KidsZone activities are FREE!
Sparkle Exchange will have pricing posted at their booth.
🍺 Alcohol Policy
IDs will be checked, and wristbands must be obtained at the ticket table for anyone consuming alcoholic beverages. No exceptions.
🚫 No carry-ins, please.
🚭 No smoking under tents or pavilions.
☔ Weather
Most events will take place rain or shine. Please watch this page for any updates.
🚻 Restroom Information
Due to ongoing vandalism issues, we will have portable restrooms located on-site. The handicap-accessible restroom will remain open, and we ask everyone to please be respectful and reserve it for those who need it.
🙋♀️ Volunteers Still Needed
• Saturday afternoon and Sunday: Scorekeepers for the softball tournament. If you're able to help, please send us a message here or text 608-751-1119.
• Sunday afternoon and Monday: Event tear-down assistance. If you're able to help, please send us a message here or stop at the ticket booth & let us know you can help. We could really use your help!!
