🌼 Don’t forget! Tomorrow at 11:00 AM at the Oliver Springs Library, we’ll be hosting a special guest speaker from Willow Ridge Nursery in Oak Ridge!

Come learn all about pollinators, why they are so important, and how you can help support them in your own garden and community. We’ll also have a fun, hands-on pollinator activity for everyone to enjoy.

This event is open to all ages, so bring the whole family! We had a great turnout at our last program, and we’re hoping to pack the library again tomorrow.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXCEED
CERTIFIED EQUALIZED TAX RATE

The Town of Oliver Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing on June 17th 2026 at 6:30 p.m., on the city's intent to exceed the equalized (tax neutral) property tax rate following a recent property reappraisal. This public hearing will be held at the Oliver Springs City Hall – 717 Main St. Oliver Springs, TN 37840. A City Council meeting will follow the public hearing at 7:00 PM.

Due to the bad weather in our area, the Kids Vendor Event has been moved to the Oliver Springs Academy Middle School Gym.
Please come out and support our young entrepreneurs and all the hard work they have put into their businesses. Your support means so much to these kids and helps make this event a success!

Please join us in congratulating our Chief, Justin Bailey on his promotion to Assistant Chief with the City of Knoxville Fire Department!

Chief Bailey has faithfully served our community as a volunteer with the Oliver Springs Fire Department for over 25 years, and we are proud to see his hard work, leadership, and dedication recognized at the next level in his full-time career.
