🌈 Pride Month is here, OKC! 🌈

We are so excited for a busy month of celebration, community, visibility, and being PROUD!

Please note: PFLAG OKC will not have a monthly Social and Support Meeting during the month of June. Instead, we hope to see you out and around the community at the many Pride events happening throughout OKC.

PFLAG OKC will also be walking in the PrideFest 2026 Parade on Sunday, June 28 - more information will be shared soon for those interested in walking with us!

TODAY WE CELEBRATE TRANSGENDER DAY OF VISIBILITY 💙🏳️‍⚧️🩷

March 31 marks International Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) - a global day to celebrate the accomplishments, resilience, and contributions of transgender and gender-expansive people, while also raising awareness of the work still needed to end discrimination and violence.

Founded in 2009 by transgender activist Rachel Crandall, TDOV was created to honor the lives and successes of trans people and to balance the narrative beyond remembrance alone. Today is about joy, recognition, and visibility.

At PFLAG OKC, we stand with our transgender loved ones today and every day. Being an ally means holding space, uplifting voices, and celebrating the strength and achievements of our trans community - not just today, but all year long.

Take action:
- Sign up for our email newsletters and action alerts
- Contact your lawmakers and urge them to support and protect trans youth

Let’s continue to show up, speak out, and celebrate together.
