Who speaks for Ogden when City Hall goes quiet? The Council isn't holding another public forum till May 19th, but we’re keeping the conversation moving. The People’s Town Hall is an open forum designed by the community, for the community. We’re gathering to discuss the issues that matter most to you. No podiums—just the people. Angela Berryman Choberka has been a strong leader and advocate for community initiatives that benefit everyone. Angela has been dedicated and worked towards making sure that health care is affordable and accessible for everyone. Angela has proven in her leadership as a teacher and as the previous Vice-Chair and Chair of Ogden City Council that people first policies are effective for local leadership. Recently in January of 2026 Governor Spencer Cox appointed Dakota to the Olene Walker Housing Loan Fund Board.
