Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM in the commission chambers of the Weber Center (first floor), 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is for the planning commission’s consideration of a proposed amendment to the Form Based Zone’s West Weber Street Regulating Plan, Section 104-22-8 of the Weber County Code. PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The meeting will
begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission
Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd.,
Ogden, Utah.
The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an
application to rezone approximately 20 acres of property from the A-
1 zone to the R1-15, together with an associated development
agreement. The R1-15 zone supports 2.9 dwelling units per acre.
Copies of the proposal may be reviewed online at
https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/p/Project/Index/26722 or in the Weber
County Planning Division Office, located in Suite #240 of the Weber
Center. To verify meeting attendance and participation details, please

The Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the following item during their meeting that was initialed scheduled for March 3, 2026 will be heard April 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM in the County Commission Chambers on the first floor of the Weber Center, located at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden UT 84401:
ZTA2026-01: A proposed text amendment to the Weber County Land Use Code, changing certain portions of Title 106 regarding development infrastructure provisions, specifically regarding acceptance of water infrastructure and forms of infrastructure completion assurance.

Notice of Public Hearing
A proposal for a zoning map amendment will be presented before the Weber County Planning Commission in a public hearing on March 3, 2026. This is a request for a positive recommendation to change the zoning of 14 acres of land located at 3300 West 2550 South from Agricultural A-1 to Residential R1-15, thereby allowing for the potential of a 40-lot residential development. The public hearing will take place in the County Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd, 1st floor, and begins at 5:00 pm.
