NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 11, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. The hearing is regarding an amendment to the Western Weber General Plan to redesignate area between 4700 West and the Weber River south of Union Pacific Railroad from natural open space to a mixture of land use designations, including medium-to-large residential lots, mixed residential lots, mixed use commercial, park open space, agricultural, and natural open space, and to make other plan adjustments to better plan for the future needs of the community and to account for recent community changes.
