25 years. And we will never forget. 🇺🇸
On September 11, 2001, our nation witnessed unimaginable evil and heartbreaking loss. Nearly 3,000 lives were taken, families were forever changed, and a generation of Americans will never forget where they were when they heard the news.
But in the darkness, we also witnessed extraordinary courage.
First responders ran toward danger. Strangers helped strangers. Americans prayed together, cried together, and stood together. For a time, the things that divided us seemed so small compared to everything that united us.
Today, 25 years later, I pray we never forget that part of September 11th either.
May we teach the generations who weren’t here to remember the lives that were lost, honor the heroes who sacrificed so much, and understand how precious our freedom truly is.
May God continue to comfort the families who still carry this loss. May He protect those who serve and defend our country. And may He help us find again the unity, compassion, and love for one another that carried America through those darkest days.
