The circulation desk is getting ready for its comeback!

Soon, this spot will be back to doing what it does best: checking out books, handing over holds, making new library cards, and answering quick questions.

We miss the everyday library stuff, and this little corner is a big part of it.

Books are still our favorite thing, but right now we are also very into ladders, drop cloths, and progress.

Renovation work is underway at RKML, and we are one step closer to welcoming everyone back. Thank you for cheering us on through the dusty part!

Join us today for an engaging author talk with Keith Jones on The Battle of Ridgefield at 3:00 pm. Please note that today’s program will be held at St. James Village Hall, 296 Titicus Road, North Salem, NY.
The Battle of Ridgefield

Keeler Library is pleased to welcome author Keith Marshall Jones III for a talk on his new book, The Battle of Ridgefield, praised by Connecticut State Historian Emeritus Dr. Walter Woodward as “the definitive account of the Battle of Ridgefield for many years to come.”

Mr. Jones, Founding President of the Ridgefield Historical Society and author of Farmers Against the Crown (2002), brings fresh research and new insights to the story of inland Connecticut’s most significant Revolutionary War engagement, the April 27, 1777 Battle of Ridgefield. Join us to learn how this pivotal event unfolded and why it still matters today.
