I am so happy we could work something out today! We were looking at plenty of jobs. 68E 31B 68X 91A 92W 92Y were all jobs we were looking at. We found the perfect one for her and complements her civilian career!

PVT Gonzalez Pena will receive a bonus of $7,500 after training with our Off Peak Bonus. We were able to put her in a job that was needed to be filled and she will ship prior to May 15th.

SPC Diaz referred PVT Gonzalez Pena and will receive 10 promotion points and receive the Army Recruiting Ribbon!

Welcome to the team! PVT Josue Diaz Sanchez has enlisted in the Illinois Army National Guard as a 09M - Future Solider Preparation Course!

PVT Diaz Sanchez has joined the Illinois Army National Guard for the benefits! PVT Diaz Sanchez will earn the Illinois Army National Guard Grant which pays 100% tuition for state funded schools!

PVT Diaz Sanchez will have the opportunity to train and take the ASVAB again to better his score and qualify for multiple jobs and begin training on his new MOS.

I have had a bunch of Soldiers use this course to better their ASVAB score. On average, my Soldiers have raised their score close to 30-40 points! This is a great opportunity to be paid to train and learn what it means to be a Soldier while they prepare for their MOS!

PVT Bryan Esquivel referred PVT Josue Diaz Sanchez and will receive a promotion to PV2 with 10 promotion points and receive the Army Recruiting Ribbon!

Team Forsythe was rocking this month! Such a good group with a lot of character! Each one of these recruits have amazing stories and reasons why they joined.

We have fathers and mothers, citizens and permanent residents, individuals with careers, those in college, those in high school, and those looking to kick start their employment.

Everyone has different reasons to join but everyone here has the reason to better themselves. They don’t even know it yet but they have ready done more than most will ever do.

PVT Esquivel has joined the Illinois Army National Guard for the benefits! PV2 Himes will earn the Illinois Army National Guard Grant which pays 100% tuition for state funded schools!

PVT Esquivel joined the Illinois Army National Guard after he served in the Active Duty Army. We had to wait over 9 months to get some waivers approved! But they finally got approved! So proud of his determination and dedication to finally get in! PVT Esquivel will be an asset to the Military Police Corp and I look forward to working with him in the future! This is a great opportunity to for him to support his dreams of being in the military as well as being a successful salesman on the civilian side. Don’t tell him - but when he is eligible to be a Recruiting and Retention NCO he’s going to be my first call. Good luck!

We had some hiccups along the way but I’m glad we were able to get him straighten out!

PV2 Himes has joined to challenge himself. PV2 Himes has such an amazing story and he’s still in his early 20s. He has lived in 3 different states and has even hiked the entire Appalachian Trail in 6 months. This is a great opportunity to support his journey. Because this MOS requires to learn a language - he will be learning Korean!

I look forward to seeing where this young gentleman’s life will take him!

PVT Alvarez has joined to support his growing family. What’s exciting is that his younger brother joined the USMC last month and shipped out to training last week. PVT Alvarez always wanted to serve in the military but life got in his way. This is a great opportunity to support his family and be able to maintain his civilian goals!

PFC Kavak is originally from Turkey! He will have the opportunity to expedite his citizenship at no cost because his military service. PFC Kavak will also be able to sponsor his wife with our Parole in Place Program.
