Norfolk Professional Firefighters Local 68 is proud to serve the Firefighters and families of Local 68. Our members protect a residential population of approximately 250,000 people. Our members provide cutting edge fire protection, hazardous material respone, technical rescue, and emergency medical services to our city.

Applications are now open for scholarships to attend the VATF-2 Structural Collapse School October 24-31 in Virginia Beach.

VDFP will be awarding 10 spots for Structural Collapse School and two scholarships for Rescue Squad Officers.

All candidates must complete the VDFP Scholarship Application and VATF-2 SCS Application. Along with applications, all other required documentation listed in the flyers must be returned to Special Operations Division Chief Chad Riddleberger.

Applications will be open until April 17.

Scholarships will be announced May 1.
