Niu Valley Playground

Niu Valley Playground Help us build a small but profound addition to our community life, a neighborhood playground. Visit our website at http://www.niuvalleyplayground.com/ to kokua!

Although we live in paradise, our families dream of a basic necessity that has been missing in Niu Valley since the first residents moved here 57 years ago. We long to have a playground where our children and grandchildren can enjoy unbridled play close to home. Help us make this dream come true. Contact us at [email protected]

Do you all remember this fantastic movie premiere 7 years ago? Everyone loved the movie Brave, the popcorn bar, toy balloons, fashion show, face painting and swag bags with wigs. And we raised money for Niu Valley's Playground! Good times!

Our Baby made 2 years and it needs a Bath!

The immense popularity of the playground equipment has been fun to watch, especially for all of those who dedicated so much time and effort into making it a reality. Please join us this Saturday, June 9, 2018, from 10 to noon on the Niu Valley Playground and we'll give the equipment and playground area some needed attention. Drinks and water will be provided, but bring a dish for a potluck afterwards. Things we'll need and if you can bring:

5 to 6 5-gallon buckets
Rags and Towels
Dish soap
Hose/ Nozzle
Masking Tape
Soft Brush
Fine Sand Paper
2 6-foot Ladders
2 6-foot Tables
Trash Bags

We have someone with a power washer but need a generator. RSVP to [email protected] or if you have questions. Children welcome to come with their parents. See you at the playground!

Aloha! It's been awhile. Is anyone up for a playground birthday party workday?

It was a nice surprise to see this playground equipment right outside the new Target.
