Hunters Helping Kids (Avery County Chapter)

Hunters Helping Kids (Avery County Chapter) Hunters Helping Kids, Inc. (HHK) is a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to inspire and educate our youth in wildlife conservation and management.

Mission
Hunters Helping Kids, Inc. It is our belief that by involving our youth in outdoor shooting sports, the desire to preserve the conservation and hunting heritage will endure through future generations. It's all about the Kids. Company Overview

Hunters Helping Kids has organized and promoted “The Ultimate Kids Hunt” for several years with over 400 youth attending as well as other hunting ac

tivities provided by HHK. Our goal is very simple: to make it possible for any kid to hunt and enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer. We want to help by providing experienced guides and locations to make a kid’s dream come true. Just ask any kid…our hunts are second to none. By forming chapters across the nation led by Sportsmen and Sportswomen, these talented and giving individuals donate their time and experience to help our mission to take kids hunting. Prior to each hunting event, the kids are educated in our number one priority — firearm and hunting safety. Our goal is to inform, inspire, and encourage the kids to understand wildlife conservation, preservation, and safety. For each hunt sponsored by HHK, family members are encouraged to attend and to participate in the achievement of their kid’s achievement during the hunt. This allows wonderful memories to be created by the trip, experience, and fellowship. And most importantly, to develop and encourage long-lasting friendships for many years to come. Our hunts create a tighter family bond through the outdoor experience, memories and laughter.
