The City has FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency's disaster recovery centers to provide resources to New Yorkers affected by Hurricane Ida. The one in Queens is at Queens College: Student Union, 152-45 Melbourne Avenue, Flushing, NY 11367. It's open daily from 8 am - 7 pm.

Also businesses can call the Small Business Hotline at 888-SBS-4-NYC (888-727-4692).

While Eastern Queens was generally not hit as hard as other areas, I know that some local residents did suffer serious impacts from Hurricane Ida.
