Joseph is a native Staten Islander and lives in the Annadale section of Staten Island with his wife, Rachel, their newborn son, Joseph, and his English bulldog, Luna. He holds a B.A. from Marist College and an M.A. from the College of Staten Island, where he is also an Adjunct Professor of Political Science.
