NOW-NYC

NOW-NYC We are proud to be the founding chapter of the National Organization for Women. Women's Justice NOW NOW-NYC gives women a powerful voice.

Since 1966 we have worked to advance the women and girls of New York City through public education, grassroots organizing, lobbying, action, and advocacy. As the largest NOW chapter in the country, we play a key role in shaping both the local and national debate on the issues that impact women. Women’s Justice NOW (WJN), a 501c3 organization, is the charitable partner of NOW-NYC. It is dedicated t

o helping women attain social justice and equality by mobilizing communities, strengthening public policy, developing women and girls’ leadership, providing public education, and developing direct services for women in need.
