Our Community Outreach Services Benefits Navigator, Youdelaine, connected with participants and shared information about the many programs and services available through CCBQ. 🤝📋

The most common questions focused on rent and utility assistance 💡🏠, as well as access to local food pantries 🥫🍅, highlighting the importance of connecting individuals and families with essential resources.

Our team had a wonderful time connecting with community members, sharing information about WIC services and benefits, answering questions, and providing valuable resources to support the health and well-being of women, infants, and children. 👩‍👧‍👦🥦🍎

Events like these create meaningful opportunities to engage with families, promote healthy lifestyles, increase access to nutrition education, and connect residents with essential community services. 🌿 's Stress Awareness Workshop, conducted by our Health & Wellness team, was a huge success! 🎉

Participants at the Catholic Charities St. Paul’s Café in , , had a great time learning about:

✅ Different types of stress
✅ Identifying stress triggers and causes
✅ Understanding long-term impacts
✅ Recognizing patterns and warning signs
✅ Proactive planning strategies
✅ Healthy ways to manage stress every day

🥗 We wrapped up the session with a brain-fortifying feta salad and gifted participants a convenient salad container to support healthy eating on the go! 🎁 ✨ Stress is a natural response, it’s what we do about it that counts. 💪 🧠
