Elluminate’s 2026 Annual Luncheon Bold Leaders + Collective Impact brought together more than 400 leaders, supporters, and friends to celebrate our 30th anniversary and honor Andrea Baumann Lustig and Marcy Syms.

The event highlighted the impact of The Collective, our leadership advancement program for Jewish women nonprofit CEOs, and featured powerful voices addressing some of today’s most pressing challenges, including antisemitism on campus and the impact of current policies on organizations advancing diversity and equity.

We left inspired by the extraordinary leadership of the women in our Network and the growing momentum of this work.

Thank you to our Luncheon Committee and supporters for a successful event. Fun was had by all!

Join us THIS THURSDAY for an Elluminating Conversations Webinar: Leading Change Across Jewish Worlds

Rabba Daphne Lazar Price is a leading voice at the intersection of feminist leadership and Jewish religious life. From her years advancing social justice through policy advocacy at the Religious Action Center in Washington, DC, to her leadership as Executive Director of JOFA (Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance), she has helped shape movements that expand women’s voice and participation across Jewish communities.

Recently ordained as a Rabba, Daphne brings a rare perspective from within the Orthodox world, where she has been part of a growing movement of women reshaping expectations around leadership, authority, and inclusion. Her work offers a powerful lens on how meaningful change happens from within tradition.

Join us for a special webinar with Rabba Daphne Lazar Price to explore:

*How her leadership journey—from the Reform movement to Orthodox ordination—has shaped her approach to change, influence, and impact

*What it means to lead feminist change from within religious communities, and how to navigate the tensions between tradition, authority, and progress

*How small, strategic shifts—such as expanding women’s ritual participation—can drive lasting cultural transformation
