Elbra's Dream We have dissolved our 501c3 and are taking a pivot with our group to focus on advocacy work in the animal world.

In order to do advocacy work and focus on legislation, one must dissolve their 501c3. Elbra's Dream is a member of the following organizations

IAABC: International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants
NACANET: National Animal Care and Control Association
NJCACOA: NJ Animal Control Officers Association
