As we wrap up Women’s Equality Day, I’m reminded that while we have made tremendous progress, the fight for full equality is far from over.
The 19th Amendment was a historic step forward, but its promise did not reach every woman. More than a century later, women continue to fight for equal pay, economic opportunity, access to quality health care, and equal representation in our democracy.
That is why I’m proud to host the Women’s Conference: The Outlook for Women in 2026 on Saturday, September 19, bringing women together to examine where we stand and where we must go next.
📅 September 19, 2026 | 11 AM–4 PM
📍 Black Spectrum Theatre Co. | Queens, NY
This Women’s Equality Day, let’s honor the progress we’ve made and recommit to the work still ahead. I hope you can make it to the conference!
