This weekends nice weather brought windy conditions that dried out vegetation and lost control of a few recreational fires. Please take the weather conditions into consideration when burning.

An outdoor fire also got smoke into a commercial business in Salem Twp setting off the fire alarms in the building. Vent 115 assisted by using a loading dock to access and force fresh air to ventilate the building overnight.

Since 12/1/25, our members have responded to 106 calls for service.
