Gov. Lamont says he wants to lower utility bills. Well, he has a choice on his desk at this very moment. H.B. 5340, which passed the legislature in May on a party line vote, would objectively increase Public Benefits charges in our electricity bills by billions over the coming decades. It would do so by subsidizing profits of for profit Energy production companies on the backs of working class Connecticut families. If Gov. Lamont wants to avoid violating another promise to voters, he must veto this H.B. 5340 before it automatically becomes law in just under two weeks and change course.

That’s how out of touch Connecticut Democrats have become.

Hardworking families are struggling to afford their taxes, groceries, gas, housing, and electric bills — and Ned Lamont’s answer is to tell you to sit in the dark.

This is the same governor who called Eversource his “partners” who “get the job done.”

The same governor who defended the “public benefits” charge.

The same governor who shrugged and said “somebody’s got to pay.”

Well, Connecticut families HAVE been paying. For years. While utility companies and political insiders cash in.

Now that it’s an election year, he is desperately trying to walk back what he said and pretend he suddenly cares about affordability. Don’t buy it for a second.

Living in New Hartford, CT USA is a joy on so many levels, and the pristine beauty of the landscape is a sight to behold!

We are truly blessed to call this place our home and we are also very fortunate to have wonderful neighbors right next door in the quaint town of Barkhamsted!

To that end, I am thrilled to be playing a part in Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday, a fabulous town wide event taking place on Saturday, June 6th in Beautiful Barkhamsted!

I have been a Voice Actor for nearly 50 years and in that time, I’ve worked on hundreds of amazing projects heard around the world, but this one is really going to be very special indeed.

As part of Barkhamsted’s Historic Celebration of America, I have been asked to narrate the Declaration of Independence and help bring it to life! I am truly honored to do it and I invite everyone to take part in this incredible day of American Patriotism.

From start to finish, it’s going to be a fantastic day full of all kinds of historical fun & excitement for the entire family and a memorable experience for the kids who will learn so much in the process!

So, put together your favorite picnic basket, proudly wear some Red, White & Blue and I hope to see you on Saturday, June 6th as we Celebrate the Greatest Nation on Earth! 🇺🇸

Wednesday, May 27th was a perfect example of what can be accomplished when a group of individuals function as a unified team!

When it comes to planting The Seeds of Success, there is no better place to start, than New Hartford’s very own Gresczyk Farms!

I want to thank Bruce & Henry Gresczyk for hosting Gubernatorial Candidate Ryan Fazio & 8th District State Senate Candidate Mike Criss!

It was a great gathering and an enthusiastic show of Republican Spirit for two exceptional candidates!

I was very proud to be in the presence of several of my fellow NH RTC Members, as well as visiting RTC members from Barkhamsted, Harwinton & Wi******er.

Both Ryan & Mike shared some terrific insight into how they will work tirelessly to return CT to its former glory!
