We are excited to announce the newest addition to the Parole District 7 team! Please join us in welcoming Parole Agent Towell!

After working for Jay County Circuit Courts for five years, Agent Towell decided to further her impact on the justice system by returning to school. In December 2025, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Essentials!

When she isn't in the office, you can find her on the sidelines cheering at her kids' sporting events or curled up with a good book.

Please help us welcome Parole Agent McNabb to Parole District 7!

McNabb began his career in public service with
the Indiana Department of Correction, serving at the Indiana Reformatory from 2018 to 2021. During his time there, he spent three years as a K9 handler, gaining extensive experience in detection work and offender management.

In addition to his correctional career, McNabb served six years in the Indiana National Guard as a Military Police officer from 2017 to 2023, including a deployment in 2020.

Following his return, he transitioned to the Noblesville School District, where he worked as a detection dog handler from 2021 to 2026, helping maintain safe learning environments for students and staff.

After retiring his K9 partner, McNabb has joined New Castle Parole, where he continues his commitment to public safety and community supervision.

Welcome Agent McNabb! We are excited to have you here!

Help us celebrate a major promotion! We are proud to announce that Agent Elliott has been promoted to a supervisory role as a Parole Agent 2!

Agent Elliott has been a part of our team since 2023, but his roots in corrections run deep; including five years of service in Delaware County. Whether he’s teaching re-entry classes, acting as a Field Training Officer, or managing specialized caseloads, his expertise is second to none.

We are excited to see him lead in this new capacity!

While they’ve officially finished their training, they aren't exactly new faces around here. They’ve already started making an impact on our district, and we’ve been impressed by their dedication and positive energy.

We’re proud to have them on the team and can’t wait to see the great work they’ll continue to do in their new roles!

Help us welcome Agent Goodnight to PD7!

Goodnight joins us with five years of dedicated service within IDOC, bringing a wealth of experience in both case management and custody.

As a Team Leader for the ISR/PCF Emergency Response Squad (E-Squad), he is highly trained and certified in multiple areas of security and tactical response. Above all, he is driven by a deep passion for making a difference and ensuring that everyone in our community feels safe and secure.

When he isn’t working, Agent Goodnight enjoys gaming and spending quality time with his friends and family. We’re grateful to have his expertise on our team!

PD7 would like to welcome Parole Agent Clark to our team!

Agent Clark began her career with IDOC in December 2023 as the Director of Youth Detention Compliance for the Division of Youth Services at Central Office where she oversaw standard compliance for juvenile detention centers across Indiana. Clark joined the Central SITCON team in April 2025 and she is a graduate of the Cohort B Leadership Academy. She also has an extensive background in juvenile detention. We are excited to have Clark as part of our crew!

PD7 is pleased to welcome Parole Agent Contreras to our office on 12/08/2025! Agent Contreras began his career with IDOC in 2024 and quickly promoted to Sergeant at Pendleton Juvenile Facility. He later transferred to Pendleton Correctional Facility as a Sergeant and Instructer. He also became a Team Leader and serves on E-Squad. We are so excited to have his experience, dedication, and expertise join us.

Welcome aboard, Agent Contreras! We're looking forward to all you'll achieve here!
