In Commissioners Court today we discussed many topics, one of which was the "Public hearing concerning the application for cancellation of Lots 277 & 278 of the Summit Estates at Fisher, Unit 1." Thank you to the 19 people of whom used 3 minutes to provide input regarding this topic and those that were in attendance to be part of the meeting. The final decision was to deny the application that was considered. Below is the link to the meeting, if you would like to hear commentary from the community and commissioners. Both the HOA and Texas Water have rights in this situation and there will likely be continued legal discussions between those parties, of which Commissioners Court has no involvement.

📣Comal County will be testing high water warning systems on Thursday, June 11 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This is only a test. No action is needed and there is no flooding threat.

Testing will take place at the following locations:
River Rd 1st Crossing
River Rd 2nd Crossing
River Rd 8860
River Rd 3rd Crossing
River Rd 4th Crossing
River Cliff
FM 311 at the Guadalupe River
Rebecca Creek at the Guadalupe River
Spring Branch Rd at the Guadalupe River
Nichols Landing at the Guadalupe River
These systems help keep residents and visitors safe during flood events. Regular testing makes sure they work when it counts! Thanks so much for your understanding.

We are going to test fire 8 fireworks shells tonight (8:45-9:15p window) to finalize location plans for the BIG show on the 4th of July! You may hear or see them while looking at the lake in the area of JBSA/Canyon Park.
