This Memorial Day, the New Bedford Republican Committee joins our community and our nation in honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country.

Today, we remember those who gave their lives so that future generations could live in freedom. Their courage, selflessness, and devotion to this nation will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, we encourage everyone to pause and reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and the tremendous cost of the liberties we enjoy each day.

We are forever grateful to our fallen heroes, our veterans, and the military families who have sacrificed so much for our nation.

May God bless the fallen, may God bless our troops, and may God continue to bless the United States of America.
