At this time, 911 lines are back up and running.

There have been rigorous tests that have been completed, and everything has been confirmed to be functioning normally.

Please do not call 911 to make test calls, and only call 911 when you have an emergency.

A huge shout out to all the Carbon County 911 Dispatchers, as well as all 911 dispatchers, Fire, EMS, and any other emergency service personnel that functioned effectively and proficiently during the outage across the state. Your dedication to the community during times of need and uncertainty do not go unnoticed.

Thank you to everyone for your patience during the outage!

911 lines are currently not operating correctly, and the 911 center is not receiving the calls properly.

If you have an emergency, you are urged to call the Carbon Carbon 911 Center on the non-emergency lines. 570-325-9111, and if you cannot get through, you can call your local firehouse or go to the station, as firehouse members are staffing their stations.

The 911 center is still functioning as normal, but 911 lines are not properly working. Please bear with the dispatchers as they are not aware if you have an emergency.

We ask that you do not call 911 as a test. The 911 center is being overwhelmed with people calling as a test.

We will update as information comes available.

Again, at this time, the public is encouraged to call the non-emergency number at 570-325-9111, or go to your local firehouse as the members are staffing their stations in case of any emergency.
