Thank you for all the support we received in the Primary on Sept 1. While the Democrats showed up in volume, we did very well, no less than in past elections percentage wise. In the General, all candidates are on the ballot and we will see voters cross party lines to hopefully bring more balance to the Legislature and for Mike Minogue for Governor, amongst other offices. It is imperative that people try to understand that a one party state doesn't serve the state fully. Watch for ads in the Natick Report, we have a new infusion of signs, and we look forward to a robust gathering at Natick Days. Thank you again to everyone that cast a vote for me, it isn't just for me, its for all Citizens of MA to get new voices in the legislature.

Massachusetts Question 1, the Require that the State Legislature's and Governor's Documents are Public Records Initiative is on the ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated state statute on November 3, 2026.

A "yes" vote supports making records held by the state legislature and the governor's office subject to the state's public records law, with the following exceptions:

documents related to the development of policy positions of legislators or the governor; and
communications between a legislator's office and their constituents concerning a constituent's access to government services.
A "no" vote opposes making records held by the state legislature and the governor's office subject to the state's public records law.

HOW DID THIS QUESTION GET ON THE BALLOT?

Question 1 originated as an indirect initiated state statute. While a direct initiative is placed on the ballot once supporters file the required number of valid signatures, an indirect initiative is first presented to the state legislature.

On August 7, 2025, State Auditor Diana DiZoglio (D) filed the initiative petition.[6] On December 30, 2025, the state election division announced that sponsors had submitted 89,013 valid signatures in support of Question 1, more than the 74,574 signatures required.[7] The measure was then certified to be placed before the Massachusetts General Court in the 2026 legislative session.

The General Court took no action on Question 1 before the May 5, 2026 deadline.[8] As such, Question 1 was approved to begin the second round of signature gathering. On July 17, 2026, the election division announced that sponsors submitted 16,678 additional valid signatures in support of Question 1, more than the 12,429 signatures required.[9] They announced that the measure was certified for the 2026 ballot.

David Linsky brought a bill to the Legislature to BAN parents from making FOIA requests at the schools. It failed.
Here is a clip of David Linsky, at The Town of Naticks SB meeting, speaking to PARENTS of students in the school system, parents who were “wasting the time of school committee and school administrators” in making FOIA requests on the curriculum within the school. We can all recall the Biden administration classifying parents as “terrorists”.

I don’t believe that a ONE party State is good for anyone.
All citizens should have an equal representation in the State level and the Federal level.
I believe that only legal citizens should be able to vote.
I don’t believe that sanctuary cities help anyone except criminals.
I believe we should know where our tax dollars are going.
I believe in deregulation building regulations to make housing MORE affordable.
I believe housing zoning should be determined by towns not the state (ballot question)
I believe we should reduce our state income taxes, not grow them ( ballot question that was removed to reduce taxes)
Millionaires taxes force people to leave not stay.
Millionaires and billionaires are an economy, don’t under estimate that.
Capitalism works. Socialism is a proven failure. Argentina? Venezuela.
I think terrorism is on the rise in our State.
I think Data centers need serious discussion, pros and cons, think back to cell towers, not in my back yard. Benefits/ detriments to us, stay tuned for more on this subject.
Affordable housing will happen when deregulation and zoning changes.
I believe infanticide is troubling. And people cheering for it is as well.
And so much more….
I understand people’s passions, I have them too. Please be respectful, we all deserve to be and act with decorum and respect.

Democracy starts when people agree to disagree and we try to find common ground.

Thank you to all the support I have been receiving privately on the flyer I sent out yesterday. I learned alot. I learned that AI is not a welcoming tool here, but I learned how to use the tool, learning something new is a goal I have everyday.

I want to explain that I am pretty alone in this endeavor. I saw Representative David P. Linsky make some statements that I felt were not in keeping with what I wanted to see here in our District in the State. I took a chance, got huge support from the RTC and rallied 330 signatures in 10 days to get onto the ballot for this November 3rd election. I knew it was an up hill battle. I knew I was in the vast minority, I knew my Conservative values would not resonate with many within the district, but I still threw my hat in the ring. What I didn't expect was to have people pull pictures of me an my partner at Fundraising events and for them to be critical of where I was. I should have expected it, but I guess I approached it with more of a postive embrace. I didn't expect to be doxed, by a Town Meeting Member, his name is Daniel Sullivan, and he should be held to a higher standard, he has shown all of us that he shouldn't be a TMM. I have basically self funded, I have received 3 donations and am grateful for that. I see comments from people that haven't been to my Campaign page here to see what I am posting, the questions I have asked of my potential constituents, and the answers I have given. I will say my views are much higher than I ever anticipated, which keeps me here, I am here for it, and I will keep on going until the final count on November 3, 2026.

Please keep asking me questions, keep debating, keep Democracy at its best and not at its worst. Democracy can happen we we all come together. Change will bring you Change. That is my mantra and now my CAMPAIGN SLOGAN. I hope you will continue to ride in this storm with me. I am so emotional writing this, my partner is so supportive, and I feel sorry for him because he can't stop the bad, but he is here for me, and here to guide me. I stand on an island, but I am so grateful for the people that see what I am trying to do here could be fruitful for all of us, not just some of us.

H 5305 THE PROTECT ACT.

The Massachusetts PROTECT Act limits local law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration authorities, bans new 287(g) agreements, and restricts civil ICE arrests at sensitive public locations. The final reconciled bill passed the House and Senate in late July 2026 and moved to the Governor’s desk.

People in Massachusetts hold mixed views on the PROTECT Act, with immigrant advocacy groups and supportive lawmakers praising it as a vital defense, while some conservative lawmakers express concern over resource allocation and enforcement limits.

Under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, federal law trumps state law regarding immigration enforcement, meaning states cannot directly regulate, interfere with, or-as federal courts have ruled regarding state-level restrictions on federal operations-prohibit ICE agents from carrying out federal duties.However, the legal landscape involves a complex division of power known as the anti-commandeering doctrine.
