We’re PI**ED about the congressional map redistricting just as any other person, but we need you to help us take the conversation off the screen and onto the streets. To show the legislature we mean business, we have to come together & work to support the candidates running to make a difference. With expert Young Dems from the campaign trail and over a dozen political campaigns invited to attend, join us on May 27th as we learn what it takes to be involved and how to join the fight ahead of the Midterm elections.

It’s time for DCYD Monthly Social Hour, taking place Wednesday, May 27th! For this social hour, we’re focused on a topic now more important than ever. With the TN GOP gerrymandering democratic strongholds like Memphis and Nashville, we must show that we refuse to be pushed to the margins in the political conversation. To show the legislature we mean business, we have to come together & work to support the candidates running to make a difference. What better way to do that than to hear from the campaign world directly!

We’re one week away from DCYD’s endorsement deadline, and we want to see YOUR application! Are you a candidate running for office in 2026? Do you have what it takes to represent the values and needs of Young Nashvillians? Do you want to officially be Young Dem Approved by the August Primaries? Show your commitment to Young Dems by applying for a DCYD Endorsement before Tuesday, May 26th, and let’s get to work in reclaiming the electoral map in 2026.

Today’s the LAST day for you to cast your vote and make change here in Music City! You have until 7pm to go to your polling location and vote in the May Primary. Get out there, vote for candidates that stand by Young Nashvillians, & then pull up at the Capitol to protest with your cool “I Voted” sticker…😎
