I’m working for progress in disability rights and immigration reform so every person can live with access and opportunity. I grew up playing soccer for years and always imagined myself joining the military. My vision made that impossible, but it taught me resilience and how to keep moving forward even when life changes your direction. I live with albinism and low vision, and those experiences shap
ed the way I understand people. They pushed me to care deeply about accessibility, fairness, and making sure no one feels left out of opportunities. I married my wife, who is from Brazil, and going through the immigration process with her showed me how personal and emotional that system really is. It’s a big part of why I care so much about practical, humane immigration reform. Outside of advocacy, I enjoy video games, good conversations, and spending time with the people I love. At the end of the day, I’m here to listen, to learn from my community, and to speak up for dignity and opportunity for everyone.
