Next school year students can begin Transitional Kindergarten (TK) if they turn 4 on or before September 1, 2025. Students that start school in TK get a head start for kindergarten. For our kindergarten and TK students there are options for an extended day program. This is a great option for families that need students in school longer than half-day. On February 26 get a fun-filled preview of the Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs and meet the teachers and administration. TK presentation will be at 5:30 pm. The kindergarten presentation is at 5:45.

Redistricting Workshop - Concept Maps Review

The Murrieta Valley USD Redistricting Advisory Committee in partnership with Woolpert, the district’s demographer, invites the community to view three conceptual elementary, middle, and high school attendance boundary maps that propose changes to the current school zones. Interested individuals may attend either date. Each review session will have viewing station for each conceptual map, along with a QR code for a survey soliciting our community’s feedback. District staff will be available to answer questions.

Happy Tuesday, Curran Families. We have two short reminders.

*Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 22nd is an early release day. Students in 1st to 5th will be released at 1:35pm.

*The yearbooks have arrived and will be ready for distribution on Thursday, May 23rd, after school in the front office. A parent or an adult must sign out the yearbook on behalf of their student. They will also available for pickup on Friday morning during Friday Flag in the breezeway or anytime there after in the front office.

Save the date! Our grad walk will take place on Tuesday, May 28th at 8:30 am. Our kindergarten and fifth grade students will walk with graduating seniors from Mesa Murrieta HS, Vista Murrieta HS, and Murrieta Valley HS that are former EHC students. Please arrive early and remember that we want to make sure not to block views and kindly ask you not to bring balloons or anything that will obstruct views. We will see you on Tuesday the 28th bright and early!
