For 50 years, ACL has helped develop informed, connected, and engaged leaders throughout Muncie and Delaware County. This 10-week program provides participants with a deeper understanding of our community while building valuable relationships with fellow professionals and community leaders.

Through weekly sessions, you'll gain insight into local history, government, business, healthcare, education, culture, and more,all while expanding your network and strengthening your leadership skills.
