Our first session kicked off with Jenni Marsh from Heart of Indiana United Way, who helped participants learn more about their individual leadership styles and how they can use their strengths and skills to make an impact in our community.

Today, we were honored to join the Exchange Club of Muncie, IN for a ribbon cutting celebrating the opening of Flags of Honor. 🇺🇸

With more than 1,000 American flags proudly displayed across the lawn, Flags of Honor is a powerful tribute to local veterans, active-duty military members, fallen heroes, first responders, and the special individuals who have made a lasting impact on our lives.

This beautiful annual tradition gives our community an opportunity to pause, reflect, remember, and express our gratitude for the people who have served—and continue to serve—our country and community.

Thank you to the Exchange Club of Muncie for continuing this meaningful tradition and bringing our community together through patriotism, remembrance, and service.

We encourage everyone to visit the display at Minnetrista throughout the week and take a moment to reflect on the stories and sacrifices represented by each flag.
