🎉 Kicks for Kids 2026 was a huge success! 🎉

We are thrilled to share that this year we received over 250 applications, and thanks to the hard work of Eligibility Specialist Tylee Kidwell, more than 600 Morrow County children were able to receive vouchers for brand‑new shoes! 👟💙

We’re also proud to announce that all available program funding was fully utilized, ensuring that every dollar went directly toward helping children in our community start the school year with confidence.

A huge thank‑you to everyone who helped make this year’s program possible — your support continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Morrow County families. 💛

We’re proud of the impact CCMEP is making in the lives of young people and grateful for the continued support♥️

It was a pleasure hosting Megan Sullivan, CCMEP Administrator with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, at our Center yesterday. She joined staff from both OhioMeansJobs Marion and Morrow counties to share impactful success stories regarding the lives changed through the CCMEP initiative.

Megan reported, "I loved meeting the incredible case workers and learning more about the meaningful work they’re doing through work experiences.

"It’s inspiring to see communities connecting young people with employers, building confidence, and creating pathways to future careers. Keep up the amazing work!"
