Marshall County in northern West Virginia...
North Central Wetzel County in northern West Virginia...
* Until 800 PM EDT.
* At 731 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles southwest of Powhatan Point, or 11 miles
southwest of Moundsville, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
