🏡 Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Loan Program Interest Survey

The City of Morristown is exploring the possibility of offering an Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Loan Program through DEED to help homeowners make needed repairs and improvements to their homes.
To determine whether the City should pursue this opportunity, we first need to gauge community interest. If you own your home and may be interested in assistance for eligible rehabilitation projects, we encourage you to complete our short interest survey.
Please note that this program is income-based, and households would need to meet certain income eligibility requirements to qualify. Completing the survey does not commit you to participating in the program. It simply helps the City understand the level of interest and whether pursuing funding is worthwhile.

Morristown Fire Department is hosting another Open House and Pancake Breakfast, August 29th from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. This one will be extra special! We are celebrating Steve Nordmeier for his 50 years of service on the department and he's still going strong. Come help us celebrate with Steve and have a pancake breakfast on us!!!

Please remove vehicles, trailers, etc from the curbside along the following areas: the 200 block of 3rd St. NW, the 200 block of Sidney St. W, Sidney St. E, Tower Circle, 3rd St. SE, Ann St. E, 4th St. SE, and Jane St. E.

Well..... Here is your opportunity to do so. Morristown Fire Department is now accepting applications, until August 7th, 2026! Official start date will be January 2027.
You can pick up or find the application at: Nordmeier Bros, Morristown City Hall, on the city website (https://ci.morristown.mn.us/), or ask one of the current firefighters for one. When the application is complete, please turn them into one of these locations: Nordmeier Bros. or Morristown City Hall.
This is a great opportunity for you to help others, a way to give back to the community, and join a great brotherhood & family.
