❀️ National CPR Week is a great reminder that learning CPR can save a life.

Every year, thousands of people experience cardiac arrest outside of a hospital. When CPR is started immediately, it can double or even triple a person's chance of survival. That's why CPR training is one of the most valuable skills anyone can learn.

Not trained yet? You can still make a difference. Hands-Only CPR is simple, effective, and can be performed by anyone witnessing a sudden cardiac arrest. Just call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest until emergency responders arrive.

A few minutes of training today could mean saving a life tomorrow. Consider signing up for a CPR class and encourage your family, friends, and coworkers to do the same.

If you are interested in becoming CPR certified, you contact us at [email protected] and you will be connected to our Education Department.
