What an unforgettable evening. ✨

On Saturday, May 16th, the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts was transformed into a night of elegance, culture, music, and celebration for the A Fine & Dandy Affair™ Gala presented by the City of Montgomery. From the moment guests draped in their finest green arrived, the atmosphere was electric — bringing together community leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and supporters from across the River Region for a truly extraordinary experience.

Hosted by the incredible Eva Marcille, the evening featured unforgettable performances by Tamar Braxton and Lloyd, whose energy and talent lit up the stage and created moments guests will be talking about for a long time to come. 🎶✨

This gala was more than just an event — it was a celebration of culture, creativity, empowerment, and community, all wrapped into one beautiful night inside one of Montgomery’s most iconic venues.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, partnered, volunteered, performed, and worked behind the scenes to bring this vision to life. Events like this take months of collaboration, dedication, and passion, and we are so proud of what was created together.

What a day it was! ✨

On Saturday, May 16th, the City of Montgomery proudly hosted A Fine & Dandy Affair™ Culture Community and Civic Engagement Event at Alabama State University — a full day dedicated to culture, creativity, empowerment, wellness, entrepreneurship, and community. From inspiring conversations to powerful storytelling, every speaker brought wisdom, authenticity, and energy to the stage.

What an incredible morning we had on May 16th at the A Fine and Dandy Affair™ Wellness Walk / Run at Alabama State University! 💚✨

Hosted by Mrs. Tamika Reed, First Lady of Montgomery, alongside the amazing Toya Johnson, this event brought the community together for a morning filled with wellness, positivity, movement, and motivation. 🏃🏾‍♀️🌟

Participants showed up ready to walk, run, dance, and encourage one another while GirlTrek brought the energy with an unforgettable warmup that had everyone excited and moving before the event even began! 🎶🔥

From the smiles and laughter to the sense of community and empowerment, the atmosphere was truly something special. Events like this remind us just how important it is to prioritize health, connection, and uplifting one another.
